Our Authentic Bean Cooling Process
The primary difference between regular roasted coffee and infrared roasted coffee lies in the roasting process. Infrared roasting uses indirect hear, ensuring no direct flames come into contact with the coffee beans. This method allow for greater precision and control during the roasting, resulting in a more consistent and refined flavor.
Following the roasting process, the beans are rapidly cooled using a specialized fan system. This advanced cooling method ensures the beans stop cooking immediately, preserving their intended flavor profile, preventing over-roasting, and looking in quality and consistency.

Only an exclusive 5% of coffee beans are specialty roasted using Infrared technology. This type of roasting leads to lower acidity levels, an evenly roasted bean, and completely eliminates a burnt or bitter coffee taste.
What is better to purchase, Whole bean or ground bean?
Whole beans last longer but if you drink more coffee in a day maybe ground coffee will work for you. It all depends on how many cups a day you drink. One or 4 cups and do you have a coffee grinder?
What is the criteria for bulk orders or to become a whole seller?
