Italian Roast

A very dark roast, known for its bold, smokey flavor with low acidity and a heavier body.

The beans are roasted until they develop a deep, almost oily sheen, giving the coffee a rich, bittersweet taste with subtle caramelized notes. Italian roast is ideal for strong brew coffee but can also be used for espresso.
